So, John just becomes some kind of half & half?
Prime? Netflix? How about you pick up this series, contract with xBox on show merch., and expand the fanbase, then parade the profits in front of Paramount+ thanking them for giving up a great syfy series.
Sounds about right. No cure for human stupidity in the future apparently.
But they can always just bring them back with no explanation, as they did with Makee... oh wait, they killed the whole series. Never mind.
I hate these network execs who green-light expensive sci-fi shows, but don't have the balls to let them run more than 1 or 2 seasons. I can't count the number of shows I've started to get into, only for them to be cancelled on cliffhanger endings, with no resolution. There should be a law that they give show runners enough notice of cancellation to at least conclude a series gracefully.
So... When a researcher from a biolab that just discovered a millenia old spore unexpectedly goes berserk, you just put that person in jail instead of placing the entire lab under quarantine. Sounds legit.
Can't wait for Season 3!!!
