While Cisco and Harry go looking for a captive Barry, Barry makes contact with the masked prisoner and learns that he is connected with Jay. Meanwhile, On Earth-1, Caitlin perfects Velocity-9 so that Jay can go up against Geomancer before he brings Central City down.

On Earth-2, Zoom searches Central City for Harry, leaving messages with the police telling them to bring him the scientist. He vows to scour the city and find Harry, promising that all of his enemies will feel their wrath. At S.T.A.R. Labs, Harry watches a newscast about Zoom's messages. Speaking of Garrick, I was wondering how he keeps that helmet on while buzzing around at high speed.
The man in the iron mask on Earth-2 seemed to give Barry a warning about Jay Garrick on Earth-1. Maybe Jay isn't the good guy he's making himself out to be and somehow left Geomancer a way to get past the security measures?
Maybe the extra security wasn't enough for earthquake. But I'm wondering how did he find out about Star Labs.
So what happened to the extra security measures to keep metas from just walking into Star Labs?
