Showtime® announces "Ray Donovan" feature-length film

LOS ANGELES - February 24, 2021 - SHOWTIME has announced a RAY DONOVAN feature-length film continuing Ray's journey, following the hit drama series' seven-season run on the network. Star Liev Schreiber will return in his Emmy® and Golden Globe® nominated role and co-write the script along with series showrunner David Hollander, who will also serve as director. Golden Globe winner Jon Voight will also reprise his role as Mickey Donovan, as will Kerris Dorsey as Ray's daughter Bridget.

‘Ray Donovan’ Canceled After Seven Seasons at Showtime

Showtime has canceled the drama series “Ray Donovan” after seven seasons. The series starred Liev Schreiber as the title character, a fixer for the rich and famous at first in Los Angeles and later in New York. The news comes just weeks after the seventh season concluded on Jan. 19. The cliffhanger finale for Season 7 will now serve as the series finale.

Showtime orders seventh season of hit drama series 'Ray Donovan'

LOS ANGELES, CA – December 20, 2018 – SHOWTIME has ordered a seventh season of its hit drama series RAY DONOVAN, starring multiple Emmy® and Golden Globe® nominee Liev Schreiber and Jon Voight in his Golden Globe winning role. Production will begin in Spring 2019 in New York. The current season of RAY DONOVAN airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT, with its season finale on January 13. The announcement was made today by Gary Levine, President of Programming, Showtime Networks Inc.
