Yes, I use IMDb to track movies watched. And movies NOT to watch on a "custom list". When NF and AMZ suggest/recommend movies, I go to IMDb and can see how I have already tagged them...watched or NOT to watch. I don't keep much of a watch list there cuz IMDb is owned by Amazon. I add them on Amazon Prime and/or on JustWatch.
I use JustWatch for movies I want to/might want to watch. You can save a watch list there and it will tell you where you can stream it. JustWatch includes many trailers and I also pay attention to their rating system for both movies and TV series.
