Can you please add a feature for adding or requesting actors or actresses to the site as there is a feature for requesting tv shows but not one for requesting or adding actors or actresses who are not already on the site?

As a registered user, you are able to create people yourself; there will be a 'Create' button at the bottom of the People page.
As explained in the FAQ, a contributor can create everything besides shows, networks and web channels (so you can create people, episodes, cast, guest cast, etc).
