ABC premiered the tenth season of The Great Christmas Light Fight last week. Back-to-back opening episodes were up compared to last year. Apparently fans of the film Love Actually also enjoy FBI-themed dramas. The Rookie: Feds was up eight hundred thousand viewers from the previous week. The Good Doctor gained two hundred thousand viewers.

NBC picked up a back nine episode order for Lopez vs Lopez last week. While that means a full season order for the comedy, neither it nor Young Rock are doing particularly well. Time will tell if this is the run-up to a second season renewal, or merely plugging schedule holes. As for ratings, other than the two comedies, the only other show running new episodes last week was The Voice. The Monday outing for The Voice was up two hundred thousand viewers, while the Tuesday episode picked up six hundred thousand viewers. Lopez vs Lopez and Young Rock returned after a week off. The George Lopez series lost two hundred thousand viewers while Dwayne Johnson picked up one hundred thousand additional viewers.

FOX made some changes to its Sunday lineup last week. Welcome to Flatch picked up more than a million viewers coasting on the back of an NFL overrun. More importantly, the show also managed to pick up six hundred thousand new viewers on its regularly scheduled night. The question will be if it can hold on to those new viewers moving forward. The network wrapped up the latest season of The Masked Singer last week. The competition show picked up half a million viewers from the previous week. The Resident was up seven hundred thousand viewers after a week off. 9-1-1 and The Cleaning Lady were up one hundred thousand viewers each.

The CW also did some schedule shuffling last week. Criss Angel's: Magic with the Stars and Whose Line Is It Anyway switched slots. If the execs hoped that Penn & Teller: Fool Us would give Criss Angel's show a boost, results were mixed. The series had the same viewer numbers as Whose Line in the same slot, so there were no gains in the time period, though it lost a bit of ratings ground. Meanwhile, Whose Line picked up one hundred thousand viewers in the Saturday slot over the magic-influenced series.

I'm glad its a highly rated show on Fox, for now. I tend to pick shows that get cancelled.
Not a surprise. It's still one of the highest-rated shows on the network. The fact that it's cheap to produce is a bonus.
The Masked Singer picked a half million viewers from the previous week, awesome. Also, Nick Cannon revealed on live TV that the Masked Singer was picked up for another season, as well. I'm looking forward to the next season and seeing which celebrity's come to the show.
And it's nice that folks still watch Rudolph, and Frosty, and all of the others Prep and Landing is one of my faves, but I don't think ABC airs it. (you can find it on the D+ streamer)
Great to see Christmas titles on the list for some networks. Got to love the classics!
