Glenn Strong serves two key functions. He is Dolphin Cove's resident forensic pathologist and the former fiancé of Mackenzie. Indeed, Glenn's mother just happens to be Philomena Strong, Dolphin Cove's very own Senior Sergeant, played by Catherine McClements.
