Denny was a de-harnessed teenager, that fought with the Skitter Rebellion before the rebel skitters were wiped out.
She becomes good friends with Ben Mason, and when the equipment is discovered which can remove spikes, Denny makes the decision to keep her spikes. She continues to fight with the 2nd Mass, however her fate remains unknown when she is lost during a mission, when a portable harness farm sweeps the area. She returns back to the 2nd Mass, and is killed during a mission to find an Overlord.
