Mitzy Stillman is the middle sister of Mabel and Margo Stillman, her sister Mabel planned to take the charmed Ones' identity. In her first appearance she and her sisters are acting/pretending to be the charmed ones. She later took Phoebe's identity and powers but she was later knocked out in the attic.

She and her sisters took the charmed Ones' identity after casting an identity theft spell As "Phoebe Halliwell" she works on Bay Mirror as her and while she talks to Elise she saw Jason Phoebe's boyfriend and found him really hot so he kissed him and seduced him. The Charmed Ones' got kicked out in their workplace after the Stillmans replaced them. Mitzy had a date with Jason in a fancy restaurant where Phoebe followed them and saw both of them dating so, she punched Mitzy saying that she punched the wrong person but Mitzy got her first premonition after stealing her identity and powers. So she knew the charmed ones coming after them in manor.
