Minh is the wife of Kahn who are from Laos. Highly skilled in combat, she was a soldier in Laos. She is also an heiress that gets money from her father. Kahn and Minh grew up in Laos and spent most of their adult lives in United States beginning with Anaheim, California. They moved to Arlen, Texas to escape rising prices and because of Kahn's temper. They got along much better in Arlen, where Kicking Ass is much more acceptable. However, Kahn needed to get a Weekday Place in Houston so he could find work at a Laotian Firm. Minh has not worked since they arrived in United States except for teaching Bobby how to speak Laotian, an attempt at Politics, and several stints at being an Entrepreneur. The rest of the time she spends at home with her automobiles, boat, and massive prize winning rose garden. Kahn and Minh are from Buddhist families. Her father is General Gum who thinks lowly of Kahn. Her Mother In Law is Laoma who has a long distance relationship with Bill. Laoma also stops by to clean Minh's house which makes Minh frantic. Minh loves Nutmeg. She gets along perfectly most of the time with her friends Peggy and Nancy. Additionally, she is more welcoming to Connie's friends, and reminds Kahn to be more cordial to others.
