Despite being a popular singer in Asia, Alice has an icy front, and struggles to connect with her own music. Just before the launch of her new album, she begins to have nightmares and experiences strange things like power outages in the recording studio. Alice is brought to the temple by her manager where she meets Xiao Zhen, who uncovers a truth about her past she has been trying hard to forget.
