Weeper

The meta known as "Weeper" was on the bus with eleven other passengers, all who were given powers by the wave of dark matter unleashed when Flash escaped the Speed Force. Weeper exudes glowing blue tears that act as a psychoactive "love drug" on anyone inhaling or drinking them. He was captured by Amunet and she used his tears as a drug. The women of Team Flash freed him, but he ran off and was captured by Thinker.
