Reaper Tattoo

An unusually tall convict, the man with the "Reaper" tattoo is a hired thug in Slabside Prison. The Demon pays him to attack Oliver, and Oliver later beats the convict with an iron lifting weight. Reaper Tattoo is sent to Level Two, and when he ends up in a fight with Oliver, is sent to Dr. Parker's secret laboratory for psychological condition. He doesn't survive the experience.
