Vic Fontaine is a recreation of Frank Sinatra and Wayne Newton. He is a living simulation, but is not the revolutionary that The Doctor Of Voyager is. He helped Nog learn to walk again. He is not everybody's friend, as Benjamin Sisko thinks he is an unnecessary expenditure.
