Maggie is Cicely's pilot that takes people to and from other places in Alaska. She is also a courier. She had issues with her mother when she burned down her house. All of the men she dates suffers and dies which she blames herself and expresses it as Misandry. She furnishes a house and truck for new Doctor Joel Fleischman. The two help each other find their way through life and get along considerably despite constantly bickering with each other. She reconciles with her mother who tells her to buy Cicely's movie cinema. She becomes Cicely's new Mayor, who faces bribes from gold digger Chris Stevens. She decides to date him anyways.
