Otto Rocket, or Oswald, is a starring character in Rocket Power, and wished to be the star of any thing he has an opportunity to participate in. His parents nationalities were Germany and French Polynesia, and has a huge cultural background involving Board Sports and Beaches, particularly California Surfing. Also, his stepmother was from Hawaii. His stepuncle, Tito, both share a fear of Shoobies, in other words Fish Out Of Water Tourists, and in some cases, Colonizers. Otto Rocket fits the description quite well of an athletic captain: tanned, long hair, fit compact physique, pronounced outie belly button, not afraid if his stomach shows when wearing a shirt (as depicted in a video game Rocket Power Race, of which the Sprites were reused for other video games also), very healthy, very happy, very hygienic, very active, very energetic, very assertive, very tough, very brave, very confident, loves to swim, fearless, courageous, successful with girls, does not mind being filmed (in fact they are vloggers), is fascinated by any beach and any island, is a fan of professional athletes, and is very friendly. However, he does not like to lose a contest, hates to admit he made a mistake, is prone to be materialistic, and is very naïve. Most of his 10th and 11th year of life is spent without his biological mother, who died before then, and has to follow the rules of his biological father: which are to let him make mistakes, force him to learn the hard way, and prank your stubborn son in order for him to remember it for ever. His other guardian is Tito, who eventually becomes his stepuncle, that has endless advice for them, often Mystical. Otto's stepmother is an early retired professional athlete. Because of a wipeout, she inadvertently ruined their vacation, which caused Otto and Reggie to try to ruin their wedding. Otto has a stepgrandmother; Tito did not approve when Otto and Reggie interfered in the wedding plans. Despite Otto's main passion is Board Sports, he also is a fan of Soccer, and often wears a V Neck Soccer Jersey. He also wears designer prescription glasses. His fiercest rival is Lars. However, they are not sworn enemies.
