Astrid Poulsen

Astrid is Swedish, from the small northern town of Skovde, and has been working at Arctic Air for six months. Athletic and intense, Astrid is - unlike Dev - completely at home in the North. She was a competitive biathlete back home, and brings the same intensity to her job - which is both good and bad. She works harder than anyone, but she's also her own worst critic, an over-achiever who doesn't know when to ease up on herself. She's popular with the rest of the Arctic Air family, although there's an underlying friction with Krista. Astrid also has a tendency to take things literally, which means she doesn't quite get Bobby's deadpan humour.
