Covert cops Nick McCarren and Jack Rado employ a number of disguises and rely on a network of neighborhood contacts to wipe out crime in Tinseltown. Nick and Jack (Jack Scalia, Jay Acovone) are called in to investigate when someone tries to eliminate the street people.
