A veterinarian who works at an Okinawa aquarium has had the same lunch every day for 4 years in order to examine his marine animal patients. 

We look at the bentos eaten by craftspeople at a Kagoshima factory that makes baseball gloves for players worldwide, including those in Major League Baseball.
