2. Bram Stoker wanted to sell his book.

3. Vlad Tepes fought the Ottoman Empire, which was intent on conquering Europe.

4. Folklore, "commercial concerns." and Hollyweird keep this vampire rubbish alive.

5. People who have seen/think they are vampires are merely deluded.

6. And that goes double for "zombies!"
