The final visit is to The Parsonage Hotel and Spa in York, where general manager Mark Toole is joined by partner Natalie Allcock as they look to wow their guests with their 55-room country manor, complete with pub, spa and in-house restaurant. The guests are awestruck with the size of the hotel but queen of clean Mandi's high standards aren't met, Dave discovers a sweet treat has been left for him, and Ian takes issue with some modern furnishings. Mark's spread at breakfast gets the guests drooling, with everyone impressed with what's on offer. And chat gets competitive when Dave and Mandi both think they are winners.
