Too Old To Drive?

In May, a 90-year-old driver ran a red light, killing a pedestrian and injuring three others. The incident was the latest in a growing number of fatal accidents caused by elderly drivers in Japan. Experts warn that cognitive tests given to drivers 75 and older aren't fail safe. Drivers counter that their cars are vital for getting around, and they can't cope without them.
