Up there on Mount Olympus, a controversial teen goddess tries to find her place among other gods and goddesses, until she meets a young mortal.
On Mount Olympus, in the peaceful sanctuary of the gods, created for descendants of Titans, among shining goddesses, nymphs, and other mythical creatures, Eris is a dark spot! She is an unpopular and rebellious teen goddess who unwillingly provokes discord, and has a horrible reputation. Blasé and forced to study on Olympus, Eris stays away from the other gods. But her cosmos suddenly turns upside down when a young mortal arrives on Mount Olympus: Paris of Troy!
I think this is a great start with a wonderful concept. There are some clunky animation bits, weirdly formatted credits text and "the olympian gods" part of the title logo is a bit fuzzy and hard to read. But really technical stuff will only improve with practice and the story and characters are in a good place. I especially love the characterizations of Eris, Hera, Athena, Poseidon, Aphrodite, Hermes, and Medusa (keeping her eyes closed was an excellent idea!) Overall there is definitely a lack of depth in the design of the guys vs. the girls though. I look forward to seeing this show progress!
