Under the watchful eye of Michelin-starred restaurateur Josh Eggleton, waiter Roger - who struggles with reading and writing - tries to pluck up the courage to take his first order. Meanwhile, former legal representative Jacqui is tasked with remembering the restaurant's greeting, but with dementia damaging her memory and her bad eyesight, it proves to be a huge challenge.
