We all have days where we just feel cranky, you know, when everything just bothers you. I don't even know why I feel this way but I do. The good news is that it will pass. It helps to breathe and think about creative things. This with a good night's sleep, and I wake up feeling a lot better. What makes you feel better when you're cranky?
