Selim and Akgün have moved to Adalet Sitesi, right across from Canan's house. While only Altay from the Kara family welcomes Selim's surprise visit, Canan and Yağmur are unforgiving. Canan wants a divorce because Selim has been basically absent form their lives and she asks that he accompany her in telling the children about the divorce. Selim realizes that it will not be easy to convince Canan this time. He asks the happiest couple he knows, Emel and Metin, to help him. While Emel takes her sister's side, Metin will help his brother-in-law Selim, albeit secretly.
