On a remote site in Köpenick, a judge is found dead hanging from a bridge. The pathologist quickly rules out a suicide. Investigations revealed that the site was not the scene of the crime and that the victim drowned. Freund and Heffler are not only looking for a murderer, but also for the reason why Thomas Eichler was pilloried after the murder.
