Loved the judges' reaction and how they enjoyed the Mud Crab! I doubt the judges from the American version of MasterChef (to not name Gordon Ramsey and Joe Bastianich......'ahem') would get their hands dirty and have fun at it like the Aussie way. I've discovered, only very recently, MasterChef Australia through my tv streaming services and I'm hooked...truly hooked!
