It's hard to not think about Jock Zonfrillo in this new season... It's a new Era for MC Australia and I'm glad Andy stayed onboard. :)
The Masterclass is a precious episode and I'm promising myself to re-watch it again - consommé and jus: base to any good sauce! :)
RIP Jock... You were (and will be forever) the greatest culinary judge I have seen from all other culinary competition shows (American, Canadian and the UK).
Without a doubt, this has been the most emotional episode in the history of MasterChef.
