Curb Un-appeal vs. Curb No-appeal

Jamil, Pace and Rahima have two houses to choose from; one with the perfect "curb-un-appeal": massive bars nailed to the outside as decoration, or a hoarder house whose interior is a mystery--they can't even get through the door! This flip is all about the R.O.I. as the team creates additional square footage out of thin air and places a big bet on a backsplash.
