Even though Jag was evicted in this episode, thanks to Matt's playing the Power of Invincibility (which he had won previously), the votes did not count, and Jag did not have to leave the house. I feel that it is just extending the game for no reason, because essentially the guy that was supposed to go got to stay just because the right person won something.
