The Professor fears Gilligan is doomed after being bitten by a large green and yellow bug. The Skipper, the Howells and the other women witness symptoms of Gilligan's approaching demise, so they throw their friend a party to cheer his final hours. The Professor discovers he can make a serum to combat the bug's poison bite if he's given the right ingredients. The castaways go searching for the potion's components and find just enough for one dose. But all the castaways have been bitten by the bug…
