The Wagners stand accused of murdering eight members of the Rhoden family over a bitter child custody dispute. While several members of the Wagner family have plead guilty, George Wagner IV will take the stand and try to convince the jury he played no role in the massacre.

Guilt by association? Based on what they showed on the episode, and also what I saw on the Investigative Discovery special about this case, I have reasonable doubt about whether or not George was involved. If there was direct evidence connecting him to the crime they didn't show it.
