Generational Legacies

Buddy visits two generational legacies--family owned and operated Patsy's Italian Restaurant in New York City and the famed Oaxacan joint in Los Angeles, Guelaguetza. First, Buddy joins Chef and Owner Sal Scognamillo to learn how to make Patsy's mouthwatering stuffed calamari and stuffed pork chop. Then, Buddy heads to Los Angeles to learn all about the rich history of Oaxacan cuisine and has Chef and Co-Owner Bricia Lopez puts him to the test to see if he's got what it takes to make Guelagetza's legendary mole.
