The Moja Arts Festival, a celebration of African American and Caribbean art, is in town, and Kardea Brown is excited to experience it with her friend. Afterwards, she cooks up a beautiful meal with foods that reflect the African diaspora, including Callaloo, Senegalese Yassa, Black-Eyed Peas with Smoked Ham Hock and Sweet Plantain Foster.
