Note: This is the final episode where Townsend Coleman is the voice of Shredder. This is the season finale of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The Technodrome is gone and is banished into Dimension X. Master Shredder and Krang stay back on Earth where they belong. And they get away in the pick-up truck driven by Bebop, and with Rocksteady in the back.
No Technodrome. No Rock Warriors. No Foot Soldiers. Master Shredder will pay those turtles back for this if it's the last thing he ever do. Krang says to Shredder, at this rate, it probably will be the last thing he ever do.
They've gone away again. Yeah, but without the Technodrome, the Ninja Turtles won't have to worry about them. Leonardo doesn't know. Master Splinter will explain, they still have Krang's know-how. And Shredder's cunning, and Bebop and Rocksteady's strength. He's certain they'll be hearing from them again. Soon.
The mood is somber as the episode ends, with Master Splinter reminding them that Master Shredder is still out there and capable of causing mayhem.
The last usual episode before the so-called "Red Sky" seasons in the next episode. This is therefore the last episode with the iconic original version of the theme song, as well as the title sequence commissioned for the show's move to CBS in 1990.
