From where? YouTube.. No, I could upload of video of today's episode of ABC News and label it from 1992. If its from the official source material then yes, but that's all pointed out as a clear as day in the data policies I've linked you too.

I guess what I ment was is it okay to add the credits if they list the ending credits at the end of the video
