The Transportation Safety Administration says that more than 17 million people are expected to be screened at the nation's airports between Thursday and Sept. 4. Glenn Youngkin last month issued an executive order requiring all school districts in the state to put in place policies by Jan. 1 that would limit or ban cellphones in schools.
