Tonight on The ReidOut, Joy Reid leads with Donald Trump displaying a disgraceful spectacle in New York, barely hiding his contempt for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who is fighting for his country's existence, while Trump complained about impeachment and lied about his poll numbers.
