Olivia Troye is a former aide to the White House Coronavirus Task Force, homeland security official and as the homeland security and counter-terrorism advisor to Vice President Pence. She attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Political Science and minoring in World History & Theater Arts and then the National Defense University College of International Affairs where she obtained a Masters of Arts in International Security Studies and Counter-terrorism. Troye also attended the Naval Postgraduate School from 2018 to 2019.
