When Sophie, the owner of Holly Lodge learns that Evan Hunter, a representative of a property development company, was sent to her lodge with the possibility of taking over the mortgage payments she has fallen behind on, she promptly starts thinking of ways to convince him it's a bad investment when she discovers who he is.
