Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth summoned hundreds of U.S. generals and admirals from all over the world to attend a speech where he called for a number of changes. He told military leaders if they disagreed with his new policies, they should "do the honorable thing and resign". NBC News' Courtney Kube reports. More than a thousand women are now suing Pfizer, the maker of Depo-Provera, alleging the company chose to "ignore relevant safety concerns."
