Claire cooks up all the big flavors from the Big Easy as she serves up the perfect Bayou menu. She's making all the New Orleans classic dishes including Catfish Po Boys, a remoulade sauce, hush puppies, red beans and rice and of course the signature cocktail of the South, the Hurricane.
