Hank works feverishly on the man who was shot at the end of the previous episode while Boris and his guards watch impassively. Hank asks for help several times before Boris agrees and has two of his guards assist. Hank manages to extract the bullet that was in his heart but has to keep his finger plugging the hole in the heart to keep the man alive.
