Hank and Divya return to see Barbie, who is feeling worse. The light therapy box Hank gave her for her seasonal disorder has been ineffective. Her muscles and joints are now aching, symptoms that do not fit with Hank's earlier diagnosis. Hank suggests some blood work to investigate other possible causes.
