The story of nine working-class young men from the University of Washington who took the rowing world and America by storm when they captured the gold medal at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. Their unexpected victory, against not only the Ivy League teams of the East Coast but Adolf Hitler's elite German rowers, gave hope to a nation struggling to emerge from the depths of the Great Depression.

So I was wondering why my Plex server was getting a different episode other than the season this is "supposed" to be in. Turns out that PBS has different information on their own episode than Epguides and TVMaze. I usually rely on Epguides as they almost always accurate.

Has this episode airing in 2017 and on August 1st. Per Epguides year 2017 falls under Season 29 and based on the month PBS states this would put the episode somewhere past Episode 8.
Good point KK, looks like there is a full movie coming out, heres a little more info from wikipedia... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Boys_in_the_Boat
Another great episode as most of them are. I just wish that they had taken a minute or two at the end to say what happened to them after the Olympics and their college rowing career was over. some of the commentary was by the grandchildren of a couple of the men so we know that they had families and children.
