Brad grew up spending summers in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Now he's ready to find a vacation home for his family, and local broker Jason Moore is just the man to help them find it. With help from his wife, Jennifer and their three kids, the family finds a condo that they want to gut and renovate.
