After years of living with the cold and snow of Denver, Colorado, Candice and Brian are ready to trade it all in for a waterfront lifestyle in Cocoa Beach, Florida. They've enlisted broker Andy Barclay to help them find a home on the water with a pool and a large outdoor space for their two daughters. To save money, Brian and Candice plan to do some of the renovations themselves. But once they dive into the project, Brian and Candice quickly realize they could be in for much more than they'd bargained for.
