A trio of great transformations as property developers work their magic on an old forge cottage in Upton, Nottinghamshire, a two-bedroom house near Crystal Palace football ground and a very sad-looking house in Butt Lane, Staffordshire. Martin, Lucy and Dion meet the developers who take between a few months and three years to complete the transformations.
