Meh, checked it. Just didn't grab me. I watched it because of Neil Patrick Harris because he is good and everything he does is good since Doogie. But this just seems like an old trope, person splits, person gets back into (horrors) the dating scene which is brutal. Yes, something we can all identify with which makes it relatable. BUT! It's been done to death and it's like they just did it again and threw a BIG TWIST! Oh the person is GAY! Yawnnn. Gay is not shocking nor new these days and if that is the BIG TWIST on an overused trope? Well... No real look or examination into the gay scene with insights and unique perspectives. JUst... Hey lets do a story about getting back into dating and oh, the person is GAY! Not as shocking or click baity as the showrunners thought. And a waste of Neil Patrick Harris talents. At least this frees him to find a vehicle worth his talents.

Very true and very sad. But to be fair, Netflix is not discriminatory; it cancels all kinds of shows. 🤣

According to Deadline, "Speculation that Uncoupled would not be continue at Netflix started late last year when sources indicated that there was an effort by series producer MTV Entertainment Studios to find a new home. The plan to move the series to a Paramount Global network, possibly Showtime, fell through".
